The Standard Cancellation Policy of Offbeat Journeys

We understand the pain when you have to call off a trip or a trip gets cancelled. As an explorers, we always look forward to an events, and after months of training and planning, if you have to cancel your event or an event gets called off, there’s no greater disappointment than that. That is why we have a cancellation policy.

Offbeat Journeys Standard Cancellation Policy when you cancel a trek:

1. Cancellation 10 days before the start date of an event — Get a refund with 75% cancellation charges. 

2. Cancellation between 9 days to 7 days before of an event  — Get a refund with 50% cancellation charges.

3. Cancellation between 6 days to 3 days before of an event  — Get a refund with 25% cancellation charges.

3. Cancellation within 3 days prior to the start date of an event — Unfortunately, no refund or voucher.

4. If you had used a voucher to register for the trek but now wish to cancel the trek, the above cancellation policy applies. If there is a balance in your voucher after cancellation charges, it stays credited to your account. If the validity of the voucher has expired at the time of cancellation, you do not get any voucher/refund or an extension for it.
